A missing cat was found by the owner in his neighbour's underwear drawer.

Stu was beside himself when he discovered his cat Steve was missing, two weeks went by and the concerned owner took drastic measures to find his pet - even consulting an animal psychic.

The man couldn't find his pet until his neighbours came home from their two week holiday to find the cat squatting in their underwear drawer.

Stu wrote on Twitter: "Of course he didn't go hungry because he was sharing food with the two cats who live there. He was using their litter tray. And had made himself a nice comfortable nest in her knicker drawer."

Starting from November 1, marijuana will be available in England, Scotland and Wales for medical reasons.

The decision follows the high profile cases of young epilepsy sufferers Alfie Dingley and Billy Caldwell, whose conditions appeared to be helped by cannabis oil.

The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) will be conducting a long-term review of cannabis and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has been commissioned to provide advice for clinicians by October next year.

The Government will monitor the impact of the policy closely as the evidence base develops and review when the ACMD provides its final advice.

A new 'Harry Potter' fan theory has emerged and left fans baffled.

Super fans of the wizarding franchise have uncovered an issue with the plot of the films which is all to do with the material the students of Hogwarts write on.

In the movie series the characters appear to only write on parchment, which is an expensive material made of animal skin.

A Reddit user, by the name steampunk_penguin_, revealed in a post that they don't understand how all the students at the magical school afford to buy all their parchment.

The user worked out that the average wizard has to pay for their own material and needs around 300 scrolls a year and so would simply not be able to afford it.

Parents were left outraged at one child's very expensive 10th birthday party.

A mum has sparked a heated debate among parents after charging PS25 to attend her daughter's birthday party, while still expecting partygoers to bring a gift.

On Mumsnet, one angry mother wrote: "My 10-year-old daughter has been invited out for a friend's birthday, there's about 10 of them going and we've only been given two days notice. The mum messaged me and asked if she could go, to which I said yes, she then replied with a price it would cost. Altogether I'm going to be expected to pay around PS25."

The mother added that she would not dream of inviting her daughter's friends to a party and asking for a contribution.
